The Chi Machine trademark, the Sun Ancon trademark and the SOQI trademark are owned by Hsin Ten Enterprise (HTE) of Taiwan.
Our head office, Hsin Ten (Health and Wealth) International Inc., was incorporated in Taipei in September 1990. We have branch offices in 11 countries – Malaysia, Hong Kong, USA, Thailand, China, Australia, Indonesia, Australia, Canada, Mexico, Vietnam – as well as service departments in the UK, Germany, Switzerland and Guatamala.
Gorden C.H. Pan, the Founder and Chairman of HTE, began his research into health technology in 1990. His goal was to introduce a healthier lifestyle option for people by combining modern technology, energy therapy, ergonomics, and bioelectricity with Eastern chi theory, acupuncture and massage therapy.
After years of research, Chairman Pan conceived of a range of products that could be used at home as well as in the office to promote overall health – no matter where you are. These products include the Chi Machine, the Hot-House, the Electro Reflex Energizer( ERER) and Herbal Nutritional Supplements. These products gave rise to the concept of “SOQI Total Health Management.”
The unique system of combining the energy from motion, thermal, electrical and nutritional sources as generated from these products has been shown to improve the health and thus, the quality of life of people around the world for two decades.
These innovative health management products are so popular that our customers, out of sheer joy and excitement, continue to share them with their friends and family. Not only are they enjoying the personal lifestyle changes that our products brings, but many are supporting their families with the extra income they earn by introducing others to the new health concept.

MILESTONES IN HTE’S HISTORY
Headquarters in Taiwan
- 1990: Application acceptance #159, by the Medical Affairs Division of the Health Department in Shizuoka Prefecture, from Skylite Industry Co Ltd, for the manufacture of Sun Harmony remedial device. Sun Harmony was later renamed Sun Ancon. Approved December 18th 1990. Approval No. 02B No.1539
- 1990: The Sun Ancon Aerobic Exerciser was introduced. Researched and developed by a joint venture between Taiwan and Japan (manufactured in Hefei, China as of 2002 – www.made-in-china.com/showroom/herico).
- 1993: The Ministry of Health and Welfare in Japan approved it as a remedial medical device twice over. License No: O2B 1539 and 02B 0694.
- 1995: Hsin Ten won first prize during selections for the outstanding Commercial and Industrial Enterprises Awards and was awarded with a gold medal for achieving excellence in industry and commerce in 1996.

Today there are now patents in 26 countries as of October 2004 including: America 510 7822 and 329499, Australia 59411/94, Germany G9208487.7 and Great Britain 202 3294. Chi Machine Trademark Reg. * 2001 USA, the FDA regulated the Chi Machine as a Class 1 Therapeutic Massager.
* 2001 Listed as a medical device by the Australian Registry of Therapeutic Goods Administration (ARTG), AUST L 81810 in Australia.
* April 26th 2001 Licensed as a class 2 medical device in Canada, #28813, medical device regulations section 36.
